The athletic achievements of the employees and the young talents developing with the support of the company are a source of pride for the entire team.

  The UKTMK Greco-Roman Wrestling School is a vivid example of how real champions are born thanks to proper attention and investments.

  The past month has been very productive for her students. One of the most striking achievements is the bronze medal of Temirlan Turdakin at the international Greco–Roman wrestling tournament in Porec (Croatia). In the weight category up to 87 kg, he confidently passed the qualifying rounds and rose to the third step of the podium.

  At the same time, Astana hosted the Kazakhstan Cup, where Salavat Akhmetkali took second place. This result is not only a personal victory for the athlete, but also evidence of the high level of training of the entire team.

  Alibek Ergazy brought another gold medal to the Greco-Roman wrestling school. At the republican tournament in Semey, he demonstrated real skill, perseverance and the will to win.

  These awards are the result of many years of hard work, hard training and a systematic approach to the development of young athletes. And, most importantly, these are not the first achievements of our guys. Pupils of the school have repeatedly declared themselves at competitions of various levels.

  Now the athletes are actively preparing for the next competitions. Ahead is the Asian Junior Championship, which will be held in Kyrgyzstan from July 7 to 11. Training takes place on a daily basis: training, tactics development, work on technique and psychological stability. Each athlete has his own goal, but everyone is united by the same desire to win.

  – As a coach, I plan to actively develop the school. We want not only to educate athletes, but also to form personalities, patriots and champions. Proper upbringing, support and attention to each student allow us to achieve high results," says Daniyar Abilov, coach of the UKTMK Greco-Roman wrestling school. – I am grateful to the management of UKTMK JSC for their support and understanding of the importance of our mission. Without this support, much would have been impossible.

  – We work almost every day. The guys are trying, they are growing, and I am sure that in the future they will represent the country in the most prestigious arenas in the world," added Daniyar Abilov.

  There is no doubt that the pupils of the UKTMK Greco-Roman wrestling school will rise to the podium of the most prestigious competitions more than once.
