At the sports ground of UKTMP JSC, the official opening of a landmark event took place — the anniversary, 50th comprehensive Spartakiad of the enterprise. This half-century tradition, uniting generations of metallurgists, promises to be especially memorable and spectacular this year.
For fifty years, the Spartakiad has remained something more than just a series of competitions for the plant’s employees. It is a true celebration of sport that strengthens team spirit and reinforces corporate unity. For many employees, participation in these events has become a cherished tradition passed down from mentors to young specialists.
The honor of opening the anniversary sports season fell to one of the most dynamic and popular sports at the plant — futsal. A fierce and uncompromising battle unfolded on the court, with players demonstrating not only excellent physical fitness but also an iron will to win.
From the very first minutes after the starting whistle, an atmosphere of intense competition filled the court. Every goal scored was accompanied by enthusiastic support from the fans. Futsal once again proved that cohesion and mutual support, so vital in production, are also the key to success in sports.
Following a series of intense matches, the top three teams were determined, inscribing their names in the history of the 50th Spartakiad:
1st place — Team “Titan.” The athletes demonstrated the highest level of coordination and tactical mastery.
2nd place — Team “Alloy of Strength.” The players delivered a bright, attacking performance and rightfully earned silver.
3rd place — Team “Nomad.” The bronze medalists stood out for their persistence and determination, which they maintained until the very last second of the tournament.
