On June 20, a solemn event dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the company was held at the House of Culture of Ust-Kamenogorsk Titanium and Magnesium Combine JSC.

  The celebration was an event not only for the labor collective, but also brought together veterans, honored guests, representatives of government agencies, as well as foreign partners of the Plant.

  On this day, the hall welcomed representatives of POSCO (South Korea), Boeing, the ambassadors of Estonia, India and other countries, whose cooperation with UKTMK has become part of its international status.

  The ceremony was opened by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of UKTMP JSC, Mr. Silvan Geler, noting the international importance of the company and the company's role in the global titanium and magnesium industry.

  In her congratulatory speech, Asem Tlekovna Mamutova, President of UKTMP JSC, thanked the team for their professionalism and dedication. She stressed that it was people who made UKTMP what it is today.

  The emotional focus was a documentary about the history of the Plant, created specifically for the anniversary. He caused a sincere emotional response in the audience. The audience saw the company's development path, key achievements and the contribution of generations of employees.

  Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yermek Kosherbayev congratulated the company's staff on behalf of President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.: "I congratulate you on the 60th anniversary of the founding of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Titanium and Magnesium Combine. This is a landmark in the history of the Russian industrial industry. Over the past decades, the company has become one of the leading international production facilities. Today, the plant provides more than 20% of the world's titanium in demand in the aviation and space industries.

  Among his regular partners are such large companies as Airbus, Boeing and many others. Of particular and symbolic importance is the fact that the anniversary of the company coincided with the Year of the Working Professions. After all, the success of the plant was achieved primarily thanks to the dedicated work of highly qualified specialists and workers. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team for their great contribution to the development of our country's economy. I wish you good health, well-being and inexhaustible energy. May your work always be honored, and your achievements serve as an example for others."

  The Deputy Prime Minister also presented the highest state award, the Order of Barys, 1st degree, to Asem Mamutova, President of UKTMP JSC.

  Akim of the East Kazakhstan region Nurymbet Saktaganov noted the huge contribution of the Plant to the development of the economy of the region and the whole country and its strategic importance in his congratulation.

He wished the entire team further success and presented state awards to the best employees. So, for high achievements were noted:

  •          Maxim Teslenko, Head of the Department of Construction and Capital Repairs - the Order of "Kurmet";

  •          Dauren Doldashev, electrolyzer of molten salts of the 6th category, workshop No. 1 – Order of "Enbek danky" of the III degree;

  •          Artyom Kiselyov, gas purification apparatchik, workshop No. 9 – Order of "Enbek danky" III degree;

  •          Yuri Kulikov, pechevoy, workshop No. 3 – Order of "Enbek danky" III degree;

  •          Dosym Komshanov, chlorine breeder, workshop No. 1 — Order of "Enbek danky" III degree;

  •          Kurmet Saukabayev, senior Master technologist, workshop No. 2 – Order of "Enbek Danky" III degree;

  •          Zhazylbek Tuktiev, Acting head of shop No. 3 – Order of "Enbek danky" III degree;

  •          Azamat Kozhakhmetov, smelter, workshop No. 12 – medal "Yeren enbegi ushin";

  •          Yerzhan Rakhimkanov, Head of the Finance Department – medal "Yeren enbegi ushin";

  •          Alexander Alexandrov, distillation apparatchik, workshop No. 2 – badge "Enbek danky" I degree;

  •          Darkhan Zhienbayev, crane operator, workshop No. 3 – badge "Enbek danky" I degree;

  •          Azamat Bayangazin, operator of the vacuum arc furnace, workshop No. 14 – badge "Enbek danky" I degree;

  •          Vyacheslav Chuvashov, Technical Director – badge "Enbek danky" I degree;

  •          Elena Golovina, laboratory engineer at the testing laboratory – badge "Enbek danky" of the first degree.

  Congratulations were also expressed by Gennady Pismarkin, Chairman of the Trade union Committee of UKTMK JSC, who also presented awards to the company's employees. Honorary badges and medals received: 

  •          Ravil Sagadiev, chlorinator worker, workshop No. 1 – badge "Enbek danky" II degree;

  •          Konstantin Simonenko, repair mechanic, workshop No. 12 – badge "Enbek danky" II degree;

  •          Talgat Kumarbekov, electrolysis plant, workshop No. 1 – medal "Enbek ardageri".

  The celebration culminated with the presentation of valuable gifts from the shareholders and the Management Board of TMK Management Company. Vyacheslav Chuvashov, Technical Director, and Sultan Serikpayev, Financial Director, presented laptops:

  A special moment was the presentation of the keys to the new Hyundai Tucson cars, donated on behalf of the shareholders. The lucky owners of valuable gifts were:

On behalf of all the awardees, I would like to express my deep gratitude to the management of the Plant for their attention, for the fact that the work of ordinary workers is so highly appreciated. It is worth a lot, motivates and continues to work for the benefit of our native company, investing all their skills and experience in solving daily tasks.

  The solemnity of the moment was emphasized by the wonderful concert program. Bright and emotional choreographic numbers from the show ballet "Rice", soulful performance of favorite classical and pop compositions from the vocal quartet IL CANTO, soloists Asylzat Nugymanova and Sundet Baigozhin.

  The guests of the anniversary event also had an evening banquet at the Ulba recreation center, where communication, exchange of memories and congratulations continued in a relaxed atmosphere.

  The festive day ended with a bright fireworks display on the banks of the Ulba. Bright sparks of fireworks shot up into the sky as a symbol of light, growth and new horizons for UKTMKP.
