  Many generations work at UKTMK JSC, creating the history of the Plant with their own hands and deeds. Dynasties, families where a profession becomes a tradition and a source of pride, are particularly respected. Behind each such name are years of perseverance, responsibility and dedication. One of these families is the Sabyrbaev dynasty: a father and two sons are true professionals in their field. 

The beginning was laid by the father

  The founder of the dynasty is Marat Omiralinovich Sabyrbayev, born in 1973 in the village of Akzhar, Tarbagatai district of East Kazakhstan region. He received his work training in his youth, graduating from secondary vocational technical school (SPTU) No. 21 in 1992, specializing in tractor machinist of agricultural production. In January 2006, he joined UKTMK JSC as a titanium sponge beater of the 4th category of shop No. 3. After successfully working in this position for five years, he transferred to the position of a titanium sponge stripper, and then an installer of reaction apparatuses in the same workshop where he currently works. Now he is also a shift leader.

  Over the years, the head of the metallurgist family has established himself as a disciplined, reliable and hardworking specialist. In 2022, he completed advanced training courses and received a certificate of an "Electric car Driver" - confirmation of his desire to develop and keep up with the times.

  - For me, working at the Plant is not just a profession, it is a part of my life. I came here 19 years ago and from the first day I try to be conscientious and responsible, I try to be useful to the workshop and the team. I've never looked for easy ways, and that's why I chose the profession of a metallurgist, which is difficult but worthy," he says. – Only a strong-minded person who has self-control and perseverance can become a metallurgist, that's what I try to pass on to my sons.

  In his work, Marat Sabyrbayev adheres to all the qualities listed above, because they help him achieve success and serve as an example for colleagues and family.

  He devotes all his free time to his home and family. Together with his wife, they establish daily life, set up a household, create comfort and beauty in the yard, take care of the garden, where on warm summer evenings they like to gather their relatives and friends at a large hospitable dastarkhan. It is worth noting that all issues and serious decisions in the family are made together – at a common table, with respect for everyone's opinion. This speaks to strong family values, the ability to listen and support each other, and the true unity of generations, where mutual understanding, trust and responsibility prevail.

  - Today I look at my sons with pride. They continue my journey, work at the same company, and show themselves to be competent and reliable specialists. The most pleasant thing is to see that your efforts are not in vain and your life principles are passed on," says the head of the family.

Continuation of the dynasty

  The eldest son of Serikbol followed in his father's footsteps – his choice also fell on the metallurgical industry. After completing his studies at school No. 23, he entered the Ust-Kamenogorsk Polytechnic College. In 2014, Serikball completed an internship at UKTMK JSC, where he acquired his first professional skills and valuable knowledge under the guidance of experienced specialists. After graduating from college, he continued his education at D. Serikpayev East Kazakhstan Technical University, from which he graduated with honors. In 2022, Serikbol began his career at the Plant as an electrician for the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment in workshop No. 3. A year later, he was appointed a master for the repair and maintenance of the distillation site, where he still works today.

 – I hose my profession because in our age of digitalization and automation, it is very much in demand and appreciated. As my father taught me, I try to be reliable and conscientious. There are great prospects for young specialists at the Plant, and I am glad to be a part of this large family," said the first son of the dynasty.

  Volleyball is a person with diverse hobbies. Apart from work, his love of cars occupies a special place in his life: he follows the latest developments with interest, likes to understand the device of technology. For him, rest is a trip to nature, where you can feel peace.

  Skiing in winter has become a good tradition, and he prefers to spend the warmer months by the river or in the mountains, enjoying the silence and fresh air. It is at such moments that he reboots, is filled with energy and inspiration for new goals.

The youngest son is the pride of the family

  Berik, the youngest member of the Sabyrbayev labor dynasty, also chose the path of a metallurgist and continued his family traditions. Like his brother, he attended secondary school No. 23, after which he entered and graduated with honors from Ust-Kamenogorsk Polytechnic College and D. Serikpayev EKSTU. Inspired by the example of his father and brother, in 2022, he honorably began working at the Plant as an electrician at the instrumentation and control equipment section of Workshop No. 3.
  - Since childhood, I have seen how my father works with full dedication, and I always wanted to be like him. I feel involved in an important cause and I am proud that I followed in his footsteps. UKTMK is not just a place of work for us, but a part of our family history. I always try to learn, develop, and be useful in my profession. It is important for me to be responsible, disciplined, and respect the work of colleagues and mentors. I am sure that young professionals have many opportunities today. The main thing is not to be afraid of work, strive for knowledge and be honest with yourself and your team," Berik shares.
  In a short time of work, our hero received the 5th rank and replaces the equipment repair and maintenance master. He is actively involved in the life of the team and in 2024, together with a team of colleagues, became the winner of the occupational safety quiz.
  Berik, like his older brother, loves nature and the silence of the countryside. In winter, he enjoys skiing; on warm evenings, he finds peace in music – he plays the dombra and guitar. These hobbies help him maintain inner harmony and creative thinking.
  The Sabyrbayev dynasty is a vivid example of hard work, professionalism and mutual support. The head of the dynasty of metallurgists is proud of his sons and is confident that through joint efforts they will be able to make a significant contribution to the development of UKTMK JSC and the region's industry as a whole. The story of their family is a story of love for their work, perseverance and a desire for development. Their path is an example for the younger generation of our company's employees, inspiring them to pursue their goals without stopping there.
