Kurmet Saukabayev started his career at UKTMK JSC in 2005 after graduating from K.I. Satpayev Kazakh National Technical University. Over the years, he worked his way up from a distillation apparatchik to acting senior Foreman technologist at the titanium tetrachloride and vanadium Pentoxide Production Department of Workshop No.2.

Today, he is responsible for the control of technological processes, the organization of the site and ensuring industrial safety. Colleagues note his professionalism, responsibility and ability to work in a team.

"The overall result depends on each person's work. Therefore, it is important to constantly learn, develop and take responsibility for your business," Kurmet Saukabayev believes.

In 2025, he was awarded the Order of "Enbek Danky" of the III degree for his many years of conscientious work and contribution to the development of the enterprise.
