Certificates of honor from the Chairman of the Republican AMANAT Party, Yerlan Koshanov, were awarded to the best representatives of the industry – metallurgists who made a significant contribution to the development of production and actively participated in the life of the party.

All of them are distinguished by their special dedication, responsibility and sincere pride in working at one of the country's leading enterprises.
Valery Yashkin first crossed the threshold of the Plant after serving in the army and has been working here for more than thirty years. Having started as a foreman, he consciously returned to the working profession:
– I like to work with my hands. Right now, my responsibility is to keep the equipment running smoothly, and at the same time, I train young people. My mentors also taught me once, and this is an experience that cannot be lost," says Valery.
He expresses his sincere gratitude to the management of UKTMK JSC and the AMANAT party for the attention and recognition shown to his many years of work.
Kairat Umarov has been working at the Plant for almost forty years. He has been working in the same workshop since August 1985. His story is an example of loyalty to his profession and constancy.

The next recipient, Nurlan Turarov, remembers his first day in April 1995. A young specialist who found himself among huge workshops and melts for the first time, he still retains these impressions:
– For me, it was amazing – the scale, technology, and equipment. Everything seemed so amazing, I wanted to get into the production processes as soon as possible," he notes. – Over three decades of work, he has become convinced that the main wealth of the company is stability and confidence in the future.
The youngest among the awardees is Dauren Kenzhebayev, who started his career at the Plant in 2007. He remembers his first impression especially vividly:
– I immediately wanted to know everything and learn everything. Of course, experience only comes with age. But the interest and desire to work were from the very first days.
Today, he already has his own students. He has already trained several young specialists.
Four stories – four destinies. Almost forty years of working in the same workshop, the first impressions of the scale of the enterprise, the joy of the first successes and pride in the mentors who led them. Their stories are different, but each has something in common: love for the profession, gratitude to the Plant, and a desire to pass on the experience to new generations.
The awards given to these people are not only a recognition of their personal achievements. This is a sign of respect for the entire team, for those who ensure the smooth operation of UKTMK JSC day after day.
