  The Financial Department of UKTMK JSC is a team that ensures transparency of cash flows, stability of the company and strategic development. They manage liquidity on a daily basis, monitor payments and obligations, accompany loans, manage budgets and investment projects, analyze data, and work with banks and counterparties.

  Modern tools such as SAP, Directum, Excel modeling, and online banking services make it possible to automate processes and strengthen risk control. Financial analysis is increasingly linked to production, which helps to understand the real impact of numbers on the development of the Plant.

  The department employs specialists from various fields: treasury, budgeting, international settlements, analysis, debt management and credit lines. All processes are a single system where coordination and information exchange are important.
