The story of Aidarkhanov Meirambek Ziyatbekuly is the story of a choice made once and determined his whole life. Behind an outwardly restrained biography are decades of work, overcoming and inner perseverance, thanks to which a true professional is formed.

Kumarbekov Shyngys, a graduate of the UKTMK Greco-Roman wrestling school, took 2nd place at an international tournament held in Kostanay.

The professional path is always moving forward: through knowledge, practice, difficulties and personal responsibility for the result. It starts out differently for everyone, but it is perseverance, discipline, and a desire for development that eventually form a true specialist. The story of Symbat Sadykov, mechanic of workshop No. 6 of UKTMK JSC, is a vivid example of how consistent work and dedication to the profession create a solid foundation for growth.
